Our main office is located in the William W. Wilkins Professional Building across the street from Grant Medical Center Emergency Department. Use the parking garage on Sixth Street next to our building. We will be happy to give you a free parking voucher. We also offer convenient satellite locations.

Please arrive for your first visit at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please kindly give us a 24 hour notice.
